Renaissance Services said it started repurchasing one-third of the total Mandatory Convertible Bonds (MCBs) at a price of OMR 0.170 per MCB.

The company clarified on a bourse filing on Monday that MCB holders who are interested in selling their first tranche of MCBs to Renaissance may submit their sale authorization form to the sole authorized broker Gulf Baader Capital Markets, within this week which will end Thursday.
